Postal Transformation at Canada Post

Every day, Canada Post delivers 45 million pieces of mail to 15 million points of call to help our customers communicate, send and receive payments, advertise and ship products.

We are undergoing a much-needed renewal of our national infrastructure—called Postal Transformation. This multi-year program includes major investments in equipment, technology and processes that will provide reach and access to you, our customers, across both physical and electronic channels, more targeted communications and opportunities to build customer relationships.

Our goal is to improve productivity and efficiency, reduce the amount of undeliverable mail and build a foundation for new and improved services.

We’re changing in Winnipeg

Winnipeg is the first city where we are changing and we are proud to be opening a new mail processing plant near the Winnipeg International Airport. This state-of the art facility, located in close proximity to air and surface transportation services, will offer improved access for our customers. If you do business in Winnipeg there are some changes you need to be aware of.

During this process, we will continue to keep you informed. Find out what is in store for Postal Transformation after Winnipeg or catch up on the latest news.
